Delete your myVelCare account

1. Open myVelCare and go to the Me tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete. You are signed out straight away.

Email info@vallixo.com with the subject “Delete my myVelCare account”, from the email on your account or including your registered mobile number. We confirm it is you, delete the account within 7 days, and reply when it is done.

Your account and profile, your family members, all medicines and reminders, dose history, health conditions, community posts, comments, reactions, follows, group memberships and photos.

We keep only a short security record that an account was deleted (with no health information) and technical logs, as described in the Privacy Policy. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Deleting cannot be undone.
